We sought out a doula for the birth of our first child being we were both inexperienced and my sister, who gave birth 5 months before, loved her doula. For as long as I can remember, I have always been fascinated with the birth process. I see pregnancy, birth, and the growth of a family as one of the most rewarding things humans have the opportunity to experience.

As a Labor Support Specialist, I am privileged to help future parents make these experiences as positive and healthy as possible. I am proud to have received my certification and be able to provide my support to families across the Los Angeles area. However, I am so passionate about the labor process, that I have traveled long distances, to be there with a mother in need of my support.

Every family is unique, so I offer a variety of doula services, personalized for each birthing experience. Regardless of what you choose, we will dive into your beliefs and expectations around labor and birth. Together, we will explore your physical and emotional strengths, along with any limitations, to ensure you’re completely prepared. My number one priority is to exceed your expectations, and to make sure that you look back at this experience with fond memories.
